The Ranch is covered with a magnificent combination of aspen and evergreen trees, and many of the properties feature views to the snow-capped peaks of the Sawatch Range. One of the latest enclave projects is Greyhawk. As you enter the Ranch on the right hand side you will find this new development. Greyhawk is comprised of 15 hand-crafted timber frame homes that offer two spacious floor plans.

The exterior features a wrap-around porch and expansive decks. The interior has a lovely open floor plan with main floor living and a lower level family room and additional bedrooms. Greyhawk is located on the 9th Fairway of the Mountain Course and just down the road from Timber Hearth Grill.

The goal of this enclave was to build a smaller- style home with a cottage feel, hence the name "Club Cottages".
